The 1040-FL Flugelhorn offers a smooth, warm characteristic sound while maintaining an even, controlled feel throughout the range of the instrument. It includes a 3rd valve trigger and two lead pipes providing different tapers for small as well as large shank (tapered mouthpieces). A custom lead pipe designed for use with French taper mouthpieces is available by special order.
